January 31, 2020 (Hyattsville, MD) – Fire Safety & Protection, LLC (“FSP”), a portfolio company of Sunny River Management, LLC (“SRM”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Livingston Fire Protection, Inc. (“Livingston”), a local tenured leader in the fire & life safety industry and known throughout the greater Washington D.C. market for its high level of customer service, reliability and technical expertise. Based in Atlanta, GA, FSP is an emerging high-growth fire & life safety business that is building a strong presence in the Eastern United States and Canada.
Livingston marks FSP’s first acquisition in 2020 and sixth acquisition since 2018. Livingston’s President, Rich Kozel, will remain with the business and will continue to manage operations locally.
